Services We Provide

Datapathix provides data processing services including audio and video transcription in English, form digitization, spreadsheet cleanup, CRM data migration, and invoice processing. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are documented in a written scope agreement issued before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that involve unlawful content, content that violates third-party rights, or materials we determine we cannot process to our quality standards.

Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a written scope document that includes the description of work, volume, format specifications, delivery timeline, and agreed pricing. Work does not begin until the scope document is accepted by both parties.

Changes to scope after work has begun must be agreed in writing. Changes that affect volume, format, or timeline may affect pricing and delivery dates, which will be communicated before changes are implemented.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

You are responsible for providing source materials that are complete, legible, and in the formats agreed in the scope document. You must have the legal right to share any materials you provide to us for processing.

You are responsible for reviewing delivered output and raising any concerns within the review period specified in the scope document. Concerns raised after this period may be treated as new work requests.

You must not use our services to process materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or violate any applicable Philippine law.

Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are specified in the scope document for each project. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. If circumstances outside our control affect a delivery date, we will notify you as early as possible and propose a revised schedule.

Delays caused by late submission of source materials, incomplete files, or changes requested after processing has begun are not our responsibility and may affect the agreed delivery date.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project information as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as required to deliver the services (for example, using secure cloud storage for file transfer) or as required by law.

Access to client files is limited to team members working on that specific project. Files are deleted from our systems after confirmed delivery unless a retention period is agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the source materials you provide to us. Processed output derived from your source materials belongs to you upon payment of the agreed fees.

Datapathix retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, tools, and methodologies. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our operating systems or methods to you.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the scope document. We may require a deposit before work begins on larger projects. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payment obligations are not met.

Limitation of Liability

Datapathix is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or from errors in processed output, except where such errors result from our own negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific project. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
